Returns

You have 07 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof purchase.

  • The following item cannot be returned:

  • The supply of item made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of item which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Damaged , used, scratched, uncapped items etc.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will intimate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within certain amount of days. Refund on damaged or used item will not possible.

Shipping

On receiving of order the delivery of item  will be insured to reach within 7-10 days to customer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning shipping will be deducted from your refund.
